Nominees must be Registered Nurses who live in the DFW metroplex (Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant, Wise and Van Zandt counties).
The nomination letter should not include the nominee's name or specific identifying information that could indicate the person's place of employment. Letters submitted that include a nominee's name or other forms of identification will be disqualified.
Please be prepared to address each of these categories as it relates to the person(s) you are nominating: role model, leadership qualities, service to the community, compassionate caregiver and significant contributions. The word count for each section is limited to 250 words.
Past Great 100 recipients are not eligible to be re-nominated.
Entry deadline: January 10, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Central time. Please note the entry deadline. This date is final and there will be no extensions provided.
The awards presentation ceremony will be in spring 2020.
